Mr. Bandy has over 15 years of experience in retail, corporate and capital markets, both in Australia and overseas. Mr. Bandy worked as a Senior Client Adviser at Montagu Stockbrokers and Patersons Securities for over 10 years before moving to the corporate sector where he has served as an executive director and adviser for a number of ASX and AIM listed entities.

Mr Bontempo has 22 years’ experience in public company management, corporate advisory, investment banking and public company accounting, since qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. Mr Bontempo has worked primarily serving on the board and the executive management of minerals and resources public companies focusing on advancing, financing and developing mineral resource assets and business development. Mr Bontempo also provides corporate advice services for the financing of resource companies across multiple capital markets and resource asset acquisitions and divestments.
Mr. Aaron Bertolatti

Mr. Bertolatti is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 10 year’s experience in the mining industry and accounting profession. He has significant experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance. He was previously Australian Chief Financial Officer of Highfield Resources Limited (ASX: HFR) and acts as Company Secretary for listed ASX companies: Fin Resources Limited (ASX: FIN), American Pacific Borate & Lithium Limited (ASX: ABR), Arc Exploration Limited (ASX: ARX) and Berkut Minerals Limited (ASX: BMT). Mr. Bertolatti is also a Director and Company Secretary of Odin Metals Limited (ASX: ODM).

Mr. King is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in finance, accounting and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in business development and transaction execution. Over a number of years, Mr. King has developed key relationships and extensive networks with fund managers, stockbrokers and financial institutions.
